Learn to cook:  Stocks & Soup

​Details:  Join us to learn to make a basic stock for soups and sauces & create 2 soups from the one stock; Tomato Chicken Pesto and Mulligatawny. Learn basic knife skills  & what’s the difference between chopped, diced and julienned and when to use them.

Learn Knife Skills

​Details:  The knife is one of the most used tools in the kitchen and knowing how to use it can make all the difference.  In this hands-on lesson you will learn which knife to use when, the difference between slicing, dicing, mincing, chopping, when to use each and the tricks of the trade to make your experience easier and more enjoyable.

Learn to Cook: Thai Cuisine

​Details:  Bring the flavour of Thailand to your home.  This lesson we will make rice paper rolls with peanut sauce, and one of the most popular dishes Pad Thai.  Both can be made with shrimp, chicken or vegetarian

Learn to Cook: Brunch

​Details:  With Easter, Mothers Day and Fathers day up coming it’s a great time to learn how to make some key brunch items.  Eggs Benedict with the perfect poached egg and hollandaise sauce, as well as a classic French omelette with a variety of fillings. Then enjoy the items you’ve made.

Date:  September 25, 2019

Time: 6:30pm

Price: $75 + GST

Details:  Our September class will be focused on learning basics of cooking seafood, filleting and cooking salmon, prawns and mussels finishing with a seafood pasta to enjoy.   Bring a friend or make a new one, cooking will be done in pairs.

Learn to Cook:  Flavours of Mexico

Date:  October 9, 2019

Time: 6:00pm

Price: $60 + GST

Details:  This class will be featuring Mexican flavours, making fresh salsa and burritos using local chicken from Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry (vegetarian option available) to enjoy.  This class is kid friendly, ability to use a knife for chopping is required and children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.   Bring a friend or make a new one, cooking will be done in pairs.

Details:  Bring the flavour of India to your home.  This lesson we will make and enjoy veggie pakoras and classic butter chicken using local chicken from Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry .    Bring a friend or make a new one, cooking will be done in pairs.
