Offering monthly interactive and intimate cooking lessons, full participation provides new skills and hands on learning with Chef Cam.  Only 8 seats available per class so book early.

Full payment is required to book your spot, classes are non-refundable. 
With more than 72 hour notice you can transfer to another months class.

​Details:  Bring the flavour of Thailand to your home.  This lesson we will make rice paper rolls with peanut sauce, and one of the most popular dishes Pad Thai.  Both can be made with shrimp, chicken or vegetarian

​Details:  With Easter, Mothers Day and Fathers day up coming it’s a great time to learn how to make some key brunch items.  Eggs Benedict with the perfect poached egg and hollandaise sauce, as well as a classic French omelette with a variety of fillings. Then enjoy the items you’ve made.

Details:  Spend a great night with your loved one or friend on Valentine's Day having fun, learning and enjoying a great meal that you created together.  In this class we will be learning to cook scallops, the perfect steak, asparagus, garlic & thyme mashed potatoes and Bernaise sauce.

Knife Skills and Pho

Date:  Thursday, March 5, 2020

Time: 6:30pm

Price: $60 + GST

Details:  The knife is one of the most used tools in the kitchen and knowing how to use it can make all the difference.  In this hands-on lesson you will learn the difference between slicing, dicing, mincing, chopping, when to use each and the tricks of the trade to make your experience easier and more enjoyable.  Though this process will make Pho, a delicious Vietnamese soup. This class is youth friendly (12+), must be comfortable using a knife.  Youth under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

Details:  Grab your mom or your friends and enjoy a moment for yourself this Mothers Day week.  Lets jazz up those salads & bowls.  In this class we will learn what greens and grains work well together, see how cheeses and fruit can make a big difference.  Learn some new knife skills, make candied nuts and two dressings, and prepare your protein (chicken, prawns or tofu).
